/ OVERVIEW

The New Haven Science Fair Mentor Program connects experienced mentors with students from New Haven Public Schools to guide them through the creation of investigative science projects. Our volunteer mentors, including professionals and academics from various fields, provide their expertise to assist students across grades PreK-12.

Mentors typically engage with students and teachers at their schools for about one hour per week over two to three months, offering tailored and effective mentorship to foster scientific curiosity and achievement.
