JUDGING RESOURCES
Judges are welcome to browse the below resources prior to the Science Fair event. These materials will also be in their judging folders, which they will pick up on the first day they arrive at the Fair.

Judging Schedule Details
Monday from 4:30-8:00pm
(*first-time judges need to arrive at 4:00pm for an orientation)
dinner provided
Judges meet their judging teams and preview the project boards and research materials without students present. This gives judges time to see each project and write down notes and questions to talk with students about the following day.
Tuesday from 9:00am-1:00pm
breakfast and lunch provided
Judges interview students about their projects and speak with their judging teams before picking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for their judging category.
